Questions about booking

How can I book a room?
Our rooms can only be booked online.
Available rooms can be found on our website and on booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia. Booking via email or phone is not possible!
Can I book a room for a longer period of time?
If you would like to stay longer than 29 days in one of our rooms, please contact us by email.
Otherwise you can book directly online.
How can I pay?
You can pay with credit card, PayPal and immediate transfer.
What happens after booking?
Immediately after booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email (please also check your spam folder).
Two days before your arrival, please complete the online check-in (you will receive a reminder with a link via email and SMS). Once check-in is complete, you will receive the PIN codes for the main entrance and your room door, as well as the Wi-Fi password, via SMS and email at 5:00 PM on the day before your arrival.
You have not received a booking confirmation?
In this case, please also check the SPAM folder of your email inbox.
If the booking confirmation should not be there either, please contact us by email.
Can dogs stay overnight?
Dogs are very welcome at our boardinghouse.
With prior notice, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. A one-time fee of €25.00 will be charged for the stay, which can be conveniently paid during the booking process.
Are there also baby beds and high chairs available?
For our little guests:
Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby crib – subject to availability.
High chairs are also available free of charge upon request.

Questions on the day of arrival

When can I move into my room?
Your room can be opened with the PIN code sent to you from 3 p.m.
A premature check-in is unfortunately not possible due to the automation.
Are parking lots available?
Sufficient free parking spaces are available directly in front of the accommodation.
How does the check-in work?
The day before your arrival at 5 p.m. you will receive the PIN codes for the entrance door and your room via email and SMS. These are valid from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Questions during your stay

How are the rooms equipped?
All rooms are equipped with the following features:
Free WiFi, private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), kitchenette, electric kettle, 43 inch Full-HD flat-screen TV, Youtube, Netflix (own account required).
Can I have mail or parcels sent to the hostel?
Since we do not have a reception, this is unfortunately not possible.
Are there barrier-free rooms?
No, our rooms are on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. It is a non-smoking accommodation.
Are they cleaning my room?
Our rooms are cleaned after each check-out and once a week for longer stays.

Questions on the day of departure

When do I have to leave the room?
You must leave your room before 10 a.m.
A late check-out is unfortunately not possible.

If you have forgotten something in your room, please contact us by email.
